Eclairs, Umbrella's and Cobblestone Sidewalks

Every day is a new adventure here in London. Yesterday I was able to go for a run in the park which was heavenly. Every sidewalk leads somewhere new and I get lost every time but that is half of the fun. We have been here for a week and a half and i have noticed:

  1. There are no public drinking fountains, bathrooms or trashcans.

  2. Most grocery stores want you to bag your own groceries and bags are 5 pence.

  3. Shopping carts also cost money.

  4. Cars have the right-of-way.

  5. Candy bars taste better.

  6. On average people dress better

  7. It is a pretty fun place to be!

We visited the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace. This is where all the carriages and royals cars are stored.... here is my attempt at a royal wave.

I can't take enough pictures of Big Ben. Fun fact I learned... the bell is named Big Ben, not the clock

On our way back from touring The National Theater Museum we found this skating park, we think we are pretty cool.

St. Pauls Cathedral

The River Thames, on the way to All's Well That Ends Well at The Globe Theater

Shakespeare's Globe Theater

The ultimate tourist thing we could do... double decker bus tour!

Tower Bridge

Ferry tour to Greenwich

One day I need to blog about London fashion.... it is back to the 90's in style!

but that's all for now cheers!
